Small business websites
Get your website live for $200.
That is $200 today to get it built and live. Three payments of $200 in all, then it is paid off and yours. It is not a subscription.
You just went out on your own, or you have been running off a phone number and word of mouth for years. Either way you do not have six hundred dollars sitting spare to hand a web guy, and you should not have to wait until you do.
Here is the whole thing
- Today, to start the build$200
- In 30 days$200
- In 60 days$200
- Hosting, first three monthsFree
- Hosting from day 90$40/mo
That is $600 for the site, three round payments instead of one lump. No credit check, no interest, no third party.Your first three months of hosting are free. After that it is $40 a month, charged automatically starting on day 90, and it runs every month until you cancel. Cancel it yourself any time and it stops at the end of that month, no fee.
How it works: pay the first $200 and I start today, or send me the details first if you would rather talk it through. Either way I email you the same day for your photos, services and areas. The second and third payments are charged automatically to the same card at 30 and 60 days, then that is it, the build is paid off and nothing else comes off it.
Live in a few days. Built by one person in San Diego.
What the $600 actually buys
A real site, not a page. Every one of these is included.
- A homepage built around what you do, with your name, your work and your service area
- Services laid out so people know exactly what you do
- A quote request form that emails and texts you the second it is filled in
- Your phone number tappable on every screen
- Built to load fast on a phone, because that is where they are looking
- Your own domain connected, or we help you get one
- Google can read it, so you can actually be found
- Photo gallery for your finished jobs
The $40/mo covers
- Hosting, SSL, and uptime monitoring
- Text edits: services, prices, hours, contact info
- Image swaps and gallery updates
- Service-area and business-info updates
- A couple of small change requests each month
Add anything you actually need
None of it is required and none of it is bundled in to pad the price. Add-ons are paid up front rather than spread out, because they are work that happens in the first week.
This page is the entry offer. If you need the bigger stuff, estimate chasing, invoice reminders, review engines, a full job pipeline, that is a different conversation and it is priced properly on theautomation buildspage. There is also thefull services menu.
Most ask for this
Google Business Profile setup
$150 paid up front
Your listing built out properly: services, hours, service area, photos, categories. For a local business this is where most of your calls actually get decided, and most listings are half finished.
Photo cleanup
$75 paid up front
Your phone photos straightened, cropped, colour corrected and sized so the site looks like you hired a photographer.
Extra service-area page
$75, or 3 for $200 paid up front
A dedicated page per city you work in, so you can show up for the neighbouring towns and not just your own.
Why I let you pay it down
Because the people who most need a website are the ones who can least afford to drop six hundred dollars on one, and waiting until you can costs you more than the site does. Every month you are the name without a website, you are losing jobs to somebody who is not better than you. He is just easier to check out.
And I will be straight about my side of it.Spreading it out means you are more likely to say yes, and it means you are still with me in month three instead of gone the day the site went live. That is the trade. You get the site now, I get a customer who sticks around.
Two things you should know before you start, because I would rather say them now than bury them. The $200 is non-refundable once I start building, since that is the part that pays for the work. And if payments stop, the site pauses until they start again. I am hosting it, so that is the only leverage I have, and I would rather you hear it from me up front. The $40 hosting starts by itself on day 90 once the three free months are up, so put it in your calendar if you only wanted the site.
The questions I always get
How long until it is live?
A few days, not a few months. Most of the work is on my end once you have sent me your details, photos and services.
Do I own it?
Yes. The domain goes in your name or transfers to you, and the site is yours. If you leave, you leave with it.
What if I already have a website?
Then you probably do not need me, and I will tell you so. Send it over and I will give you a straight answer either way.
Is there a contract?
Three payments and that is the commitment. Hosting is free for your first three months, then $40 a month from day 90, and it runs until you cancel. You cancel it yourself any time from your billing page, no fee and no phone call.
What do you need from me?
Your business name, what you do, the areas you cover, and whatever photos you have on your phone. That is genuinely it. I write the rest and you approve it.
Can I see one first?
Yes, and you should. I will build you a homepage with your own name on it, free, before you pay anything.
$200 to start, live this week.
Send me the details and I will come back to you the same day, confirm the fit, and set up the first payment. If you would rather see something before any of that, take the free mockup instead. Both reach the same person, and it is me.
