Agreement
These terms govern your use of moonbasin.com and the services offered on it. Moon Basin is operated by Onsite Liquidators Inc. By using this site or purchasing a service, you agree to these terms.
Services
Moon Basin builds branded websites, lead systems, and automation for small businesses. Template website packages include a one-time build fee and a recurring monthly fee for hosting, upkeep, and connected systems, as described at checkout. The scope of each build is what is shown on the template or agreed with you in writing before work begins.
Payments and cancellation
Payments are processed by Stripe. Monthly fees renew automatically until you cancel. You may cancel the monthly service at any time by contacting us atinfo@moonbasin.com; cancellation stops future billing and ends hosting and connected services at the close of the paid period. One-time build fees become non-refundable once the build has been delivered.
Your content
You keep ownership of the content you provide (text, images, brand assets) and are responsible for having the rights to use it. You grant us permission to use that content to build and operate your site. Completed client sites may be shown in our portfolio unless you ask us not to.
Communications
If you contact us through the site's forms or chat widget, we will respond by email, phone, or text message. SMS terms and opt-out instructions are described in ourPrivacy Policy.
Disclaimers and liability
The site and services are provided "as is." We do not guarantee specific business outcomes, rankings, or lead volume. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to the services is limited to the amounts you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in San Diego County, California.
