What does Moon Basin do?
We build the brand and the systems behind it, strategy, naming, positioning, websites and Shopify stores, copy, lead capture, AI workflows, and automation, connected into one launch-ready setup.
Do you only build websites?
No. The website is one piece. We also build the brand foundation and the backend automation that captures leads, follows up, and runs the business behind the site.
Do you only do AI automation?
No. Most automation shops skip the brand. We do both, the front-end brand and the back-end systems, so they actually fit together.
Can you work with an existing brand?
Yes. We can sharpen an existing brand and build the site, lead system, and automation around it, or start from scratch.
What platforms do you use?
Astro and modern web for fast sites, Shopify for e-commerce, and tools like Formspree and GoHighLevel for forms, CRM, and follow-up, matched to what your business actually needs.
Do I need to understand AI?
No. That is the point. We set up the workflows and systems so you get the benefit without becoming a tech expert.
How long does a build take?
It depends on scope. We work in phases, clarify, build, automate, launch, so you see and approve progress along the way rather than waiting for one big reveal.
Local or online businesses?
Both. We build local lead systems (with local SEO) and online stores that ship nationwide, and hybrids that do both.
What do I need before starting?
A clear sense of what you sell and who it is for. If that part is fuzzy, the Clarify step is where we fix it.
