1:1 fight conditioning

Private sessions built around bag work, footwork, and the engine to go rounds, for people who want to train like a fighter without stepping into a cage.

Strength camp

Barbell-first coaching: squat, hinge, press, pull. Programmed in blocks with real numbers on the bar and a log you can look back at.

Corner sessions

Semi-private training for 2-4. Pads, sleds, and strength work with a partner who will not let you skip Thursday.

Lead intake

Sort the prospect before the first round.

A trainer site should not just say "book now." It should find out the goal, the schedule, and how hard someone is actually ready to go, so the coach replies with the right offer, not a generic pitch.

Programs

Clear offers beat vague fitness promises.

Boxing fundamentals

Stance, guard, the first four punches, and enough footwork to stop tripping over yourself. No sparring until you have earned it.

Fight-camp conditioning

Six-week engine blocks: intervals, bag rounds, sled pushes, and jump rope. Built like a camp, paced for a working adult.

Strength base

For beginners or returning lifters who need clean barbell technique, a simple progression, and a coach watching every rep.

Grappler strength

Grip, neck, hips, and pulling power for wrestlers, jiu-jitsu players, and anyone tired of being out-muscled.

Cut weight the right way

Fat loss with a deadline: training, protein targets, and weekly check-ins. No sauna-suit nonsense.

Recovery and mobility

The unglamorous hour that keeps you training: hips, shoulders, and spine work on the mats. Your future self says thanks.

Why this works

Most trainer sites look like resumes. This one sells the next step.

The page gives a combat-and-strength coach a hard-edged personal brand, a simple program structure, local search coverage, and a qualification form. Practical enough for an independent trainer, sharp enough to hand out at the front desk.
